Deposit:
- You are able to reschedule one time with initial deposit.

Hair Care:
- All Hair must be washed and blown out.
- I will not service dirty hair
- Please do not let your kids wash their own hair.

Booking:
- When booking an appointment there is a $2.00 service charge.
- after service if you choose to pay final amount with cash app there is a $2.00 charge for the transaction.
- You are allowed to pay final amount with zelle(864-606-1717), debit or credit card.
KIDS:
- please wash your child's hair
- kids ages 5-18 must be left alone to be serviced, parents are a distraction at times.
- please make sure you provide food and snack for child if service is longer than 2 hours.
- If your child is very tender headed i will not be able to service child.
Late Policy
Please call or text 864-315-8304 to let me know if you are going to be late. You will have a 15 minute grace period. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule and you will have to pay another deposit.

- I PROVIDE ALL BRAIDING HAIR. I DO NOT PROVIDE HAIR FOR PASSION TWIST, BUTTERFLY LOCS, OR CROCHETS.
- IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOME HAIR I SUGGEST THAT YOU SOAK YOUR HAIR IN APPLE CIDER VINEGAR AND WARM WATER TWO DAYS BEFORE SERVICE.
- ALL COLOR HAIR WILL BE EXTRA. YOU ARE WELCOME TO GET YOUR OWN COLOR HAIR....I ONLY USE PRESTRECH HAIR. SO, EXPRESSIONS AND 3X RUWA HAIR IS ALL THAT I USE.
- DO NOT BRING QUEEN B HAIR.
There is an extra charge for ombre braids. I do not use Ombre hair I Ombre the hair myself and it takes extra packs of hair to do this.
